Ages 4–5

Garden Coloring Pages

Free garden coloring pages for ages 4–5, with a few more parts than a single big shape.

These garden pages are for about ages 4 to 5. The pictures are still bold line art, but each one is a small scene instead of one centered animal or truck.

The set includes a watering can, a birdhouse, a vegetable basket, rain boots, and a garden gate. The boots and the watering can are the shorter jobs. The gate has more leaves and pots.

If a child is still scribbling, go back to the big shape coloring pages for ages 2–3, or the animal coloring pages on the ages 3–4 shelf. If this set is finished in a few minutes and they want patterns, try the ocean scene coloring pages for ages 5–6.

There are no seed packets and no words to read. Color the flower, the boot, and the leaves as separate jobs.

Every picture has a US Letter PDF and an A4 PDF. The printing guide covers the printer setting.

Questions parents ask

What age are the garden pages for?

About ages 4 to 5. Each page is a small scene with more separate regions than the ages 3–4 sets. A child who wants the picture to look finished usually has enough to do here.

Which page should we print first?

The rain boots and the watering can have the fewest parts. The birdhouse and the garden gate take longer. Print one, then stop if the hand is tired.

Are these harder than the animal pages?

Yes. The animal, dinosaur, car, and princess sets are the ages 3–4 shelf, with thicker areas and fewer pieces. These garden pages add a second object and a few medium details.

What paper size are the files?

Every picture has a US Letter PDF and an A4 PDF. Letter is the usual choice for a home printer in the United States.
